Each Vitalina Ghinzelli hat is individually crafted to celebrate your style and vision. When you purchase a made-to-order piece, I begin creating it entirely from scratch, ensuring a unique, high-quality design that embodies artistry, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Your custom hat is hand-shaped, sewn, and finished using only premium materials. Because each piece is made exclusively for you, please allow 3–4 weeks for completion before shipment.
How It Works

Select your desired design and submit your made-to-order request through the website.
2. Crafting Begins
I personally begin crafting your hat from the finest materials, shaping and detailing it by hand to ensure every element meets my standard of quality.
3. Finishing Touches
Each piece is refined, steamed, and styled, ready to make a statement the moment it arrives.
4. Delivery
Your completed hat is carefully packaged and shipped to your address, typically within 3–4 weeks.
